4) Fear and intimidation are the tools the leader uses to keep his people in line.
Why?: The first stage of Hitler’s solution to the “Jewish problem”, by making the Jews into scapegoats Hitler hoped to revive German nationalism.
Results: Dehumanization of the Jews allowing for the onset of the Holocaust.
